NEW HARMONY POLICE DEPARTMENT - OFFICE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
Responding to a silent alarm triggered at the rear entrance. Upon arrival, the premises appeared secure. However, during a perimeter sweep, the reporting officer noted that the "Spring Bonnie" mascot was not on its designated stage.
The mascot was later located in the kitchen area. No signs of forced entry were found. The owner, Mr. Afton, suggested a "system calibration error" caused the movement.
OFFICER NOTES: Noted strange odor near the suit's joints. Odor resembles metallic decay. Mr. Afton became agitated when I approached the mascot with a flashlight.
